In case of (God forbid) non‑compliance of the product with the specifications or any doubt about its authenticity, the customer is entitled to a full refund immediately, with the store bearing the shipping and return costs.

Damage or error in the shipment: If you receive the product damaged, broken, or you received a defect by mistake that you did not order, we commit to replace it for you or refund it for free and without any additional costs, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
